Designed for groups that need more bedrooms and do not mind using two nearby locations. One reservation includes the 3-bedroom/1-bath Williams main home for up to 5 guests and the 3-bedroom/2-bath Briarwood home for up to 6 guests. These are independent homes at different street addresses—not adjoining rooms or one walk-through compound. Each home has its own entrance, full kitchen, parking instructions, Wi-Fi, smart-lock access and check-in guide. Your group receives one organized stay page with a separate card for each home.

IMPORTANT LAYOUT DISCLOSURE: The homes are at two different street addresses and driving is required. OwnerRez coordinates place them about 2.26 miles apart in a straight line; actual driving mileage and time must be confirmed before publication.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
