One reservation gives your group both private accommodations at the Williams property: the cozy 3-bedroom/1-bath main home and the detached upstairs 1-bedroom/1-bath garage studio. The units are not internally connected. Each has a separate entrance, living or sleeping area, lock and check-in instructions, so families, coworkers or traveling professionals can stay close while keeping privacy. The main home provides a full kitchen, in-home washer and dryer, smart TVs, workspace and living room. The studio adds a queen bed, smart TV, kitchenette, walk-in shower and outdoor seating. The studio requires stairs. Parking and the driveway must follow the unit-specific guide.

IMPORTANT LAYOUT DISCLOSURE: This reservation includes two separate private units at the same street address. They are not internally connected.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
