Settle into a private, detached second-floor studio designed for one or two guests. The open-plan space includes a queen bed, walk-in shower, dining table and a kitchenette for simple meals.

The kitchenette has a two-burner cooktop, XL half-size refrigerator, dishes, cookware, toaster, kettle and a combination drip/K-cup coffee maker.

Outdoor layout: Studio guests have private use of the large yard behind the studio. The outdoor area in front of the studio overlaps with the back of the separate main house and shared driveway circulation, so you may see or hear main-house guests outdoors. No interior spaces are shared.

Parking: Studio guests may park under the carport, on the street where legal, or directly in front of the studio as long as the shared driveway remains open. Main-house guests use the two designated backyard parking spaces.

This is an open-plan studio, not a one-bedroom home: the sleeping, dining and kitchenette areas share one room. The studio has its own entrance. Access requires stairs.

Rates & Availability

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
