The accommodations are at different street addresses and require driving between them. The studio has a private entrance, queen bed, kitchenette, walk-in shower and stairs; Briarwood has a full kitchen, living room, smart TVs, workspace, laundry access and a fenced yard. Each location receives clearly labeled access, Wi-Fi, parking and arrival directions.

IMPORTANT LAYOUT DISCLOSURE: The Williams studio and Briarwood home are at two different street addresses. Driving is required, and the studio requires stairs.

Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
