A detached studio behind the home is a separate rental and may be occupied. The outdoor area in front of the studio overlaps with the back of the main house and shared driveway circulation, so you may see or hear studio guests outdoors. Studio guests have private use of the large yard behind the studio. No indoor spaces are shared.
Parking: Main-house guests have two designated backyard spaces. The carport is reserved for studio guests. Keep the driveway fully open and do not block the studio entrance, carport or access to either rental.
Yard condition: one rear corner of the gate dips and remains unrepaired. Do not rely on the exterior fenced area as a fully secure enclosure.
The main house has three bedrooms, one bathroom, a living room with a Smart TV, a full kitchen and an indoor laundry area.

Rates & Availability
Cancellation Policy: One hundred percent (100.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 10 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. Fifty percent (50.00%) of the total booking charges will be refunded if the cancellation is made more than 5 days prior to the arrival date of the reservation. For cancellations made within 5 days prior to the arrival date, no refund will be issued.
