Privacy Notice

KCK Property Investing LLC (“KCK,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) operates this website and provides short-term rental accommodations. This notice explains how we collect, use, disclose, retain, and protect personal information connected with direct inquiries and reservations.

Information We Collect

• Contact and booking information: the primary guest’s legal name, email address, mobile number, billing or mailing address when reasonably needed, confirmation of minimum-age eligibility, stay dates, selected property, adult and child occupancy counts, and reservation preferences.
• Communications: inquiries, messages, maintenance reports, reviews, and requests sent to us.
• Transaction information: amounts charged or refunded, transaction dates, payment status, and processor-generated references, card brand, and last four digits. Payment processors handle full card numbers and security codes; KCK does not retain them.
• Agreement and compliance records: rental-agreement acceptance, electronic signature, agreement version, date and time, IP address, device information, and acknowledgment of property rules.
• Conditional information: vehicle information, an emergency contact, or an identity-verification result only when reasonably necessary for a disclosed legal, safety, fraud-prevention, parking, or access-control purpose. KCK does not routinely request Social Security numbers or identification documents for every occupant.
• Accommodation information: information voluntarily provided to request an accessibility-related accommodation. Please do not submit medical records or diagnoses.
• Website and property-security information: IP address, browser and device type, essential cookies, limited performance information, electronic access logs, and events from exterior security devices clearly disclosed in the applicable listing.

How We Use Information

We use personal information to provide quotes and lodging services; administer reservations and property access; communicate about stays; process payments, refunds, deposits, and chargebacks; verify eligibility or identity when reasonably necessary; prevent fraud; protect guests and property; investigate incidents; enforce disclosed rules; maintain accounting, tax, insurance, agreement, and legally required records; respond to disputes or legal process; and maintain and secure our services. Optional marketing is sent only when permitted and is not a condition of booking.

How We Disclose Information

We disclose only information reasonably necessary to booking and property-management providers such as OwnerRez; payment processors and financial institutions such as Stripe or Lynnbrook Group, as applicable; website hosting, communications, electronic-signature, security, and limited analytics providers; cleaners, inspectors, maintenance personnel, and emergency vendors; accountants, insurers, attorneys, and other professional advisers; authorities when legally required or reasonably necessary to protect rights and safety; and a business successor subject to appropriate protections.

KCK does not sell personal information or use it for cross-context behavioral or targeted advertising. We do not knowingly sell sensitive information or children’s information.

Cookies

The website and its service providers may use cookies or similar technologies needed for booking, security, payment, preferences, and basic performance measurement. Disabling essential cookies may prevent the booking system from functioning.

Retention

• Reservation, agreement, payment, accounting, and tax records are generally retained for up to seven years after checkout, or longer when required by law or a legal hold.
• Unconverted inquiries are generally retained for up to two years after the last interaction.
• Routine access and property-security logs are generally retained no longer than 90 days after checkout unless connected to an incident, claim, chargeback, fraud investigation, or legal obligation.
• KCK does not routinely retain identification-document images. When exceptional verification is necessary, we seek to keep only a verification result or reference and remove the image after the purpose is complete, subject to law and active disputes.

When information is no longer reasonably necessary, we securely delete, destroy, or deidentify it.

Security

We use reasonable administrative, technical, and physical safeguards appropriate to the information, including restricted access and reputable booking and payment providers. No system can guarantee absolute security. We provide legally required notice if a reportable breach occurs.

Your Privacy Choices and Rights

Depending on applicable law, you may request access, correction, deletion, confirmation of processing, or a portable copy of qualifying personal information. KCK does not currently sell personal information, use it for targeted advertising, or conduct profiling that produces legal or similarly significant decisions.

Submit a request by emailing Kck@invest-in-properties.org with “Privacy Request” in the subject line. We may verify identity before acting. If a request is denied, reply with “Privacy Appeal.” We will not discriminate against anyone for exercising an applicable privacy right.

Children

This website and direct-booking service are intended for adults who meet the minimum booking age shown for the property. They are not directed to children under 13. The booking guest should provide only the number or age category of minor occupants unless additional information is legally necessary.

Changes

We may update this notice as services, providers, or legal obligations change. The revised notice will be posted with a new effective date, with additional notice when legally required for a material change.
